I made fish, rice, asparagus and fresh tomatoes for supper. I made Pineapple Upside-Down CUPCAKES for dessert. YUMMO! Didn't know how they'd turn out, just experimenting, but they're great. Immediately took some to the neighbors so that we don't eat them all..., cannot afford to buy bigger clothes.

Do you know there are hundreds of cupcake blogs? I love making cupcakes, mostly because I love to decorate them. So I was watching Food Network last night, and there was a baking show on. And one of the segments was cupcakes and there was this cc recipe I wanted to try. So I go to the website and look it up. Then you know how that is...I clicked on a cc link or two and do you know there are hundreds of cupcake blogs?
